Reporting VIPS Hours

 

WE'RE ON A MISSION!

OPTION 1

Sign in and out at the school. There is a ViPS sign-in book at the front entrance. Please be sure to provide your name, reason for being at the school and your time in and time out. Remember to include your preparation and drive time. Your start time should begin the minute you leave to begin your volunteer activity. For group events, such as Hall of Fame, etc., we will do our best to have a sign-in sheet with all the information needed but for your name.

 

OPTION 2

Keep a Personal Tally sheet of your service. We have this form available, or you can simply use a piece of notebook paper. Each time you volunteer, post your service time. Be sure to forward these records on to use or to the school in a routine and timely manner so all service time can be counted and credited to our school.

 

OPTION 3

Sign on to www.lrsd.org and report your service time electronically. ViPS' link is found under 'Visitors' and 'Parents.' From the ViPS home page, go to 'Submit Service Reports.' (Please note this report form is under construction so you will be seeing changes in the near future. But don't worry. As long as you are able to open a form it will work to report your service.)
