Hi! My name is Anna Wierciak. This is my sixth year teaching at Fulbright and it will be my second in kindergarten! I taught first grade the first four years.
I grew up in Little Rock and love
the area. I went away for college to Valparaiso University in
northern Indiana. I learned a lot there, including that I am not
meant to live in such a cold climate. After graduating in
December 2005 with a degree in Elementary Education with a
concentration in Reading, I finished out the school year working
as a Reading Teacher at a local elementary school. The summer
after I moved back home and started at Fulbright!
I now live in Little Rock with my
husband Adam. He was nice enough to move to Arkansas from the
Chicago area for me since I couldn’t take another winter!
We are expecting our first child in November!!!
I
love to read, shop, and spend time with family and friends.
